At Mercé, every piece is crafted with care. If your order does not meet your expectations, you may request a return under the guidelines below.

Eligibility
• Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the shipping date.
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.

Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an update.
• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping
• If the return is due to a wrong item or defect, Mercé will cover return shipping.
• For all other returns, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos at support@mercestore.com.
We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.
